Bio

Hello everyone. My name is Bonnie. I was born on July 31. As of right now, I am attending Kaplan University and working on my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. However, I am planning on switching my major to graphic/web design as soon as I have a steady income and can afford it.

I adore science, specifically chemistry and physics. I also enjoy biology somtimes. I am not great with philosophy, but my fiance does enjoy waxing philosophic to me sometimes. I am also interested in anthropology (forensic identification), all forensic sciences (though mostly toxicology). I had wanted to go in to forensic toxicology, but I think I would prefer the graphic design route.

My career goal would be to work as a freelance web/graphic design artist. It might be cool to work for an advertising company (doing graphic design) or something of the sort, but I think freelance with making my own hours would be much better.

Another thing I am interested in doing is writing a novel. Me and Patrick are currently working on the outline and character design for a novel. It should be great fun!

My immediate goals, as of the moment, is to find a job. Of course, I'm not able to do that at the moment since I have to take care of my mom full time. My fiance has some rather good prospects lined up, so he can be my sugar daddy. We'd like to procure our own place soon, but I think that as a goal (right now) it is relatively low on the list.

Now for the fun stuff (since reading about my goals and dreams has to be quite boring.)

I have recently fallen in love with anything and everything in the DC Comics vein. When I have disposable income, I will probably be buying a lot of comics, but for now, I content myself with reading humorous scans at scans_daily and watching the shows. My favorites have been Justice League/Justice League Unlimited, The Batman, Batman: TAS, Superman: TAS, Teen Titans, The New Batman Adventures and Batman Beyond. I tried to watch the Legion of Superheroes, but I did not enjoy it. I have not been a fan of much of the live action stuff. I enjoyed Batman Begins and Batman '66... everything else is just *bad*. (In my opinion.) I enjoy the occasional episode of Law and Order, but my TV watching habits are mostly DC cartoons and movies (all sorts).

I am an avid fanfiction writer. I have written in many fandoms, but mostly I write in the DC fandom. I write mainly slash fanfiction with a bit of het/gen thrown in. I do most of my writing for my very best friend and writing partner, Bats (space-monkey-22 on here).

I love video games. I love all types of video games, especially RPG's. I could go so far as to say that I obsess over video games. As of right now, I have been playing Lineage 2 quite often. I also am about to start replaying through Final Fantasy X. I'm also playing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

Another obsession-- Magic: The Gathering. I really enjoy playing. =) That is all.

I have an extensive list of likes in the categories of music and movies, so I'm not going to put them all here. Basically, I love all sorts of movies and I'll try anything once. Music, I prefer metal and prog rock, but I also enjoy the occasional comic song and alternative rock song. Movies, I hate Johnny Depp and refuse to watch anything with him in it.

An aside: I love cats.

I also love my fiance. I got engaged March 14, 2007. I'm in love. Yay <3 =^.^=
